Charging is the one thing to plan: public fast chargers are easy to find along the main corridors, and most hotels in Dallas now have them. We deliver it charged and you return it however it is.

Tolls

Dallas runs on toll roads: the Dallas North Tollway, the President George Bush Turnpike and the SH 121. Every vehicle we deliver has a toll tag fitted, and you are billed at cost with no administration fee on top. Without a tag those roads are billed by plate at a worse rate, which is where most rental surprises come from.

Parking

Downtown and Uptown are paid garages and most of Deep Ellum is metered. Las Colinas, Plano, Frisco and Arlington are surface parking and free almost everywhere, which is where you will spend most of your week.

What really fits in a Cadillac Escalade IQ

7 seats and 5 large bags, honestly counted. With every seat in use the luggage space shrinks, so for a full load plan on soft bags rather than hard cases. Fold the third row and it becomes a very large estate car.

Three common Dallas rentals in a Cadillac Escalade IQ

The work week in Las Colinas or Plano. Flights into DFW on Monday, a client or site every day, back out Friday. The car is parked in a garage overnight and does thirty to sixty miles a day. A week is the sweet spot for the weekly rate.

The family visit in Frisco or Allen. Ten days with relatives, school runs, the grocery store and one day out to the Stockyards. Mileage is low and the monthly rate is worth asking about if the stay stretches.

The game or the concert. AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field or the American Airlines Center. Arlington in particular has no realistic transit option: everyone drives, and parking is the whole plan.

Is a Cadillac Escalade IQ the right pick, or something else?

This is the top of our fleet and it is booked for occasions, not for commuting. For a week of ordinary driving, almost anything else here will cost you a fraction of it. Call or text 813-921-6973 and we will tell you honestly which one fits your dates.

Frequently asked questions

Will I get exactly a Cadillac Escalade IQ?

You reserve the electric luxury SUV category. Most of the time it is the Cadillac Escalade IQ; when it is not, it is a similar vehicle of the same class, seats and year range, at the same price.

Do you deliver to DFW International and Dallas Love Field (DAL)?

Yes. Send us your flight number and the vehicle is at the curb when you land. Airport delivery in Dallas is free, with no concession fee and no facility charge.

What do I need to rent in Dallas?

A valid driver's licence, a major credit or debit card, and a minimum age of 21 with no young-driver surcharge. We confirm everything by phone within the hour of your booking.

Can I keep it for a month or longer?

Yes. Monthly rates are quoted directly and are well below the daily rate multiplied out. Call or text 813-921-6973 with your dates.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a refundable deposit held on your card, released after the vehicle comes back. The amount depends on the vehicle and your coverage, and we tell you the exact figure before you pay anything.

What about insurance?

Basic liability is included. If your own policy or your credit card already covers rentals, bring the proof and you do not pay twice. If it does not, we explain the full-coverage option and what it costs before your card is charged, not at the kerb.

How many miles are included?

Enough for normal use around Dallas and the day trips on this page. If you are planning something long, tell us the route when you book and we will confirm the allowance in writing rather than leave it to a surprise on the invoice.

Can someone else drive it?

Yes. Additional drivers are added at booking; they need the same licence and minimum age of 21. It is easier to add them up front than mid-rental.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track the flight number you give us and move the delivery. There is no charge for a delay that is not your fault, and nobody is waiting at a closed counter.

How does charging work?

We deliver it charged and you return it however it is; there is no refuelling charge.
