Questions before you book

Is delivery really free?

Yes, anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth or Greater Austin, including both airports. Nothing is added at delivery.

How far ahead should I book?

A day or two is usually enough. Around SXSW, ACL, the Formula 1 weekend in Austin, or a big event at AT&T Stadium or The Star in Frisco, book as early as you can — those are the weeks the airport counters run out of cars.

Can you meet a delayed flight?

Yes. Send the flight number when you book and we track it. If the arrival moves, we move with it, at no extra charge.
