Moving a group in Austin is the hard part of any group trip: a bachelorette weekend split across four rideshares, a church group at the airport with twenty bags, a sports team heading to San Marcos, a wedding party going from a downtown hotel to a Dripping Springs venue. One van fixes all of it. We deliver a Ford Transit Van or similar or a Ford Transit 15-Passenger Van or similar to your door, your hotel or the AUS arrivals curb, you drive it, and we collect it when you are done.
Our vans in Austin
Prices are per day before multi-day and weekly discounts. Three days or more cost less per day and a week less still; for a month or longer call or text 512-851-0490 and we quote it directly. Delivery anywhere in Greater Austin and at the AUS arrivals curb is included; there is no airport concession fee and no facility charge.
12 or 15 seats: which one
The 12-passenger Transit is the easier van to drive and park: it is shorter, it fits every downtown garage we know of, and twelve seats with ten bags covers most bachelorette groups, families flying in together and small teams. The 15-passenger is the one for a full youth group, a church trip, a big wedding party or a team with its gear. It is longer, so plan on surface lots downtown, and it drinks more fuel. If you are at thirteen or fourteen people, take the 15; if you are at eleven with luggage, the 12 is plenty.

How it works
- Pick the vehicle category and your dates online, or call or text 512-851-0490.
- Tell us where to bring it: a downtown hotel, a rental house on Lake Travis, a church, the UT campus or the AUS arrivals curb.
- We confirm by phone within the hour and deliver the car clean and fueled at the time you chose. About ten minutes for license, card, walk-around and keys.
- When you are done, we collect it from the same place.
Driving a van in Austin
Both Transits are automatic with a backup camera and the usual driver aids. I-35 through downtown is the one road to respect: it is under construction for years and the lanes shift; MoPac and SH 130 are easier with a tall vehicle. For Hill Country trips, 290 West to Dripping Springs and 71 West to Lake Travis are wide and straightforward. If you take the toll roads, our toll road guide explains which ones you will meet.
What you need
A valid driver's license and a major credit or debit card. Minimum age is 21, with no young-driver surcharge. Basic liability coverage is included; the refundable deposit and the coverage options are explained before you pay anything. Every car is recent, automatic, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and "or similar" means you reserve the category and get that model or one of the same class, seats, year range and price.
Common questions
How many people fit in your vans?
The Ford Transit Van seats 12 with room for about 10 bags; the Ford Transit 15-Passenger Van seats 15 with about 12 bags. Both are recent automatics with CarPlay and Android Auto.
Do I need a special license for a 15-passenger van?
No. In Texas a standard driver's license covers a 15-passenger van used for personal or group travel. The driver must be 21 or older.
Can you deliver the van to Austin airport?
Yes. Send us the flight number and the van is at the AUS arrivals curb when the group lands, no shuttle to a rental facility.
Where do groups park a van downtown?
Surface lots and the larger garages; the Transit fits in standard garage heights. Our Austin parking guide lists the ones that work.
Can we rent a van for a week or longer?
Yes. Three days or more cost less per day and a week less still; for longer trips call or text 512-851-0490 for a direct quote.
